of EPITAXYproject® , Qwproject®, Jproject® and

Our software products are basically delivered by Web and e-mail download.
After the transaction is completed, license, password information and the software is e-mailed to the customer within one business day. We also have the software available on CDRom. If required, it's shipped via regular mail at a slight additional charge.
You will receive your License number and Password keys within one working day after the purchase payment processed at most.
Payment in advance:
- Bank transfer - customer should assume bank wire fees for us to receive payment in full. Please contact us at support@epitaxyproject.com for bank account details.
Authorized Purchase Order:
For educational establishments, Government agencies and Corporations we accept an authorized Purchase Order Form. Payment Net 30 days of the invoice date.
Refund Policy
If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not entirely satisfied with a product that you purchased from us, notify us and we’ll authorize a return and refund your money. After such period, we will not be responsible of any money back. We ask for a signed Letter of Destruction stating that you have removed the software from all systems immediately and destroy any copies. Once we have received this statement please allow a couple of days for processing.
